Head's Welcome

A very warm welcome to Weston Way Nursery in the heart of the Baldock community.

As Headteacher, I feel privileged to be working within a warm and nurturing environment where our vision, values and aims encapsulate our nursery ethos. As a staff, we all work as co-adventurers where every staff member has an important role to play in the day-to-day experience we offer each and every unique child.

Our special natural setting is led by experienced staff who are committed to offering every child the best possible start in their early years. We thoroughly enjoy exploring various pathways as the children’s interests lead us on a journey that every child should be fortunate to experience. Qualified teachers, practitioners and leaders use their specialist knowledge to draw on what they know about each child and maximise their learning potential by considering how our inspiring, woodland environment can offer a wealth of experiences. As a maintained nursery for 3-4 year olds, we embrace each and every new adventure.
