Our Governors
Our Governing body are a a group of people who volunteer their time to support the strategic running of the nursery. They have three core functions as part of their role:
- Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction
- Holding executive leaders to account for the educational performance of the organisation and its children, and the effective and efficient performance management of staff
- Overseeing financial performance of the organisation and making sure its money is well spent
Guidance can be found on the National Governance Association website.
They also consider the well-being of our children and staff.
Please feel free to speak to our governors who will be happy to chat to you and they will also signpost you in the right direction if you have any concerns.
