Our Governors

Our Governing body are a a group of people who volunteer their time to support the strategic running of the nursery. They have three core functions as part of their role:

Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction
Holding executive leaders to account for the educational performance of the organisation and its children, and the effective and efficient performance management of staff
Overseeing financial performance of the organisation and making sure its money is well spent

They also consider the well-being of our children and staff.

In addition, we also have 1 associate governor member.

We have a varied mix of professional backgrounds, bringing different skillsets to the table. We work well together, ensuring there is constructive debate with all points of view recognised and respected - allowing us to reach a balanced and fair viewpoint, reflective of our community.
