Safeguarding
At Weston Way Nursery, we strongly support our policy and procedures to ensure the well-being of every child at the nursery in every way. For children to learn, they need to feel safe and secure which is why it is paramount that our nursery cultures holds this at the forefront of all we do.
Robust safeguarding practices are part of our ethos and culture at the nursery ensuring that there is a whole nursery school approach to keeping children safe.
If causes of concern are raised, our aim is to support the child and family in the best way possible.
All staff are safeguarding trained. Our three Designated Safeguarding Leads are Level 2 trained and keep up-to-date throughout the year, disseminating information with the wider team of co-adventurers as appropriate.
